Beyond Swarm
Enterprise needs - custom data residency, a signed DPA, SAML/SCIM, or priority support beyond the Swarm tier - are handled directly. We do not publish a fabricated uptime SLA; for live status, see the status page.
Every plan is EU-resident by default: Relay’s compute, database, search, hosted storage, and backups run in the EU. "By default" means Relay-hosted storage: connect your own bucket (BYO) and your data at rest lives wherever that bucket is - your choice, and possibly outside the EU. Relay always processes data on EU infrastructure.
The one add-on
Top up paid-OCR pages whenever you need them. Packs are purchased at the Stripe checkout, where the quantities and prices for your account are shown - dollars never appear inside the product.
Opt-in and off by default. With it off, hitting your OCR limit pauses and queues paid OCR (a spend cap, on by default). Turn it on and a spend ceiling caps your exposure, so you are never surprised by a bill.
